Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder.

Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar until fluffy. Fold in the flour and baking powder.

Spoon the batter into a piping bag with a plain nozzle and spray jobs on a lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool.

Chop the chocolate fine.

Melt two-thirds of the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the rest of the chocolate through until it is resolved.

Dip the ends of the cookies into the chocolate and let the chocolate harden.
